Live Oak 101
We want to help everyone take their next step in God’s family. Live Oak 101 is designed to help you explore what Live Oak is all about and determine what your next step in our family might be. It’s a great opportunity to talk with a church leader, get your questions answered and find out what it means to become a participating member. This class is held monthly, usually on the second Sunday of each month during the 9:30 am service in room 106. Click here to find the next Live Oak 101.

Participating Membership
We believe the local church is the best expression of God's family, so a Christ follower without a church home is a contradiction in terms. Membership is not about getting your name on a list, but about who you are and where God has called you to fit into His family. If you think this is the part of the family where you belong, then make sure all your questions are answered at Live Oak 101 and then we'll schedule an interview with a member of the Connections Team to help you find your fit here at Live Oak.

Finding My Fit
Once you've decided to join the team at Live Oak, a member of the Connections Team will be available to you to help you enter the community and discover the role God made you to play in it. One tool we use is TeamMinistry.com to help people discover their unique set of God given gifts. Here you'll find a brief, free spiritual gifts assessment (it takes about 10 minutes) and afterward you can print out information about your main gifts.
